TECHNOLOGY:

• DFC Double Flex Control System : The new Double Flex Control system is equipped with a polyurethane joint positioned in the ankle area to offer optimal flexibility of the forward / backward joint. The system is anchored to the boot leg through two hidden screws positioned at the malleoli. This special construction promotes front flexibility up to 18 degrees and, thanks to the presence of two flaps that slide inside special pockets, controls the back flexibility of the leg that does not exceed 15 degrees, thus avoiding possible trauma of the joint caused by the extension beyond the natural limits of the same.
• Closing Band: The structure of the Double Flex Control system integrates a closing band that works in synergy with the system. This band follows the natural flexion of the ankle joint and allows a precise seal with a consequent increase in driving performance
• Gambal Structure: The upper is characterized by the presence of an external structure in polyurethane and a soft inner upper designed to offer the perfect winding of the leg and a consequent excellent level of comfort.
  Construction details of the inner upper:
  1 Soft microfibre that allows a greater winding of the calf;
  2 Double Velcro® closure;
  3 Elastic upper collar to prevent the entry of mud, dust and debris;
• Rubber Protection: The PU upper is equipped with a rubber protection against heat, which also offers optimal grip on the bike frame.
• Calf Adjustment System: The tibia protection is made of polyurethane and has an adjustment system designed to adapt perfectly to different calf sizes and insertion of knee guards / protectors.This adjustment is based on a system of screws that run inside hidden holes, each equipped with two different positions to choose according to the amplitude range desired.
• New Aluminum Levers: The new levers have an ergonomic design that facilitates opening, even when wearing gloves. The particular structure guarantees the micro adjustment and an optimal centering of each single lever and is completely interchangeable.
  Composition of the closing lever:
  1 Gear band, micro adjustable with an aluminum tie rod;
  2 Lever in Aluminum and Nylon 66 to facilitate the sliding of the tie rod and allow easy closing of the lever even in the presence of dust and mud
