When designing and making the Pro Ergo vest, the Ufo Plast designers made use of the knowledge of human body's ergonomics and examined case studies of motor cycle trauma at the Politecnico di Milano.
The Pro Ergo vest can boast the label "100% Made in Italy" as it was Conceived, Designed and Made in Italy, using material and technology that is 100% Made in Italy.

Made from technically innovative material which guarantees the highest level of comfort and protection:
Fabric waiting T2460/00 (mesh warp 70% PA + 30% PL):
The special weaving double layer ensures a high degree of breathability.
The dual composition combines rapid drying (PL) and high abrasion resistance (PA).
Reticulated Polyethylene (100% PE):
Polyethylene is a closed cell foam, so it does not absorb water. The 4mm diameter hole and with a pitch of 7.5 mm guarantees a sweat twice as required by Goretex ® strict testing.
The polyethylene by its nature is odorless, non-toxic and recyclable. It 'a lightweight, impact-absorbing and provides good comfort.
ELLERES P drilled (100% PU ViscoElastico):
ViscoElastico is a product that gives perfect support for long periods of time, adapting to the weight and temperature of the body and continuously conforming to the shape, minimizing pressure points. The main feature is the ability to absorb and distribute shock.
Heat-sensitive product softens with body temperature.
Anti-shock material outside
Made from polyethylene plastic PE with high impact resistance, the anti-shock material outside has a structure "Honeycomb", first for the motorcycle industry, and offers an 'effective shock absorption and proper dissipation heat (to prevent heat build-up).
The whole is structured so as to give the best protection to the critical areas of the bust and does not impede or restrain movement of the person who wears it.
Articular restraint
"Pro Ergo" has two bolts be tightened to start at the shoulders and reach the waist where they are assured thanks to a Velcro fastener.
The straps cross over in an "X" so to contain the blood pressure of the shoulder joint, while allowing all movements that a motor cyclist (on and off road).
The color refers to the color of the caps.
