Impulse is a modular smart helmet with Sena Mesh ™ communication technology and Bluetooth® Intercom, and with premium speakers and microphone designed by Harman Kardon sound experts. Partnering with Harman Kardon, Impulse's expertly tuned speakers deliver a new level of precision and clarity to the audio inside the helmet, plus a new microphone delivers unmatched output sound quality. The helmet is equipped with an integrated rear position light for rider visibility and a comfortable retractable sun visor. The Impulse shell is made from ECE certified composite fiberglass and has a new fit. The four strategically placed air intakes are designed to ensure constant flow while driving.

• Sena Impulse delivers an unparalleled sound experience SOUND BY Harman Kardon. Speakers and microphone were crafted by Harman Kardon's audio experts for first-class sound inside the helmet. The internal design has been optimized for a harmonious acoustic damping effect of the SOUND BY Harman Kardon speakers. The precisely placed premium speakers and internal acoustic design combined with the new microphone make one with Impulse an unprecedented sound experience. The speakers deliver perfectly clear audio to motorcyclists' ears while the microphone, with a newly designed sensor, ensures reliable communication performance while riding.

MESH AND BLUETOOTH COMMUNICATION

• Impulse features both Mesh and Bluetooth Intercom communication platforms, allowing users to connect with any Sena device and communicate between pilots. Mesh Intercom ensures stable and reliable connections and flexible routing of intercom signals. Mesh offers an exceptional level of intercom audio quality and two modes: Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom ™ and Group Mesh Intercom ™.
• Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom (Open Mesh) features the industry's first channel system. Similar to standard handheld or CB radios, Mesh allows users to switch between nine channels when operating in Open Mesh mode.Open Mesh is activated by simply pressing a button, to connect to the Intercom network and supports a virtually unlimited number of users within an extendable range of up to 8 km (min. 6 riders at 1.6 km interval).
• For a private group conversation, Impulse offers Group Mesh Intercom mode. Group Mesh supports a private group of up to 24 participants with the same range as Open Mesh. To ensure privacy, only invited users can join the Group Mesh chat.
• The classic four-way Bluetooth intercom continues to be an option to connect Impulse to other Bluetooth-enabled Sena users. And finally, with an Impulse helmet, it is possible to connect to a Sena Bluetooth user and bridge between them and a Mesh group.

MODULAR DESIGN AND PREMIUM FEATURES

• Among the many features of Impulse, a novelty is represented by the LED position light. Impulse, ECE certified, has been engineered with a comfortable modular design and a lightweight composite fiberglass shell. The ventilation system with four vents ensures a constant flow. The helmet features a retractable sun visor to protect riders from excessive glare. Impulse is Pinlock® ready with a Pinlock® anti-fog lens included in the box. The ratchet strap keeps the helmet comfortably and securely in place throughout the ride.

INTUITIVE VOICE COMMANDS TO KEEP FOCUS ON THE ROAD

• Voice commands allow motorcyclists to check helmet functions without having to take their hands off the handlebars, for example you can answer the phone or turn on the Mesh intercom. Impulse supports voice commands in 8 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and Russian.
• Access to the digital assistant allows Impulse to connect to Google Assistant and Apple's Siri via voice command and thus access the functions of your smartphone. All you have to do is say: "Hey Siri" or "Hey Google"! Running out of gas? "Hey Google, give me directions to the nearest gas station."

AUTOMATIC FIRMWARE UPDATES & NEW MAGNETIC CHARGING PORT IN POGO

• Impulse features a new charging system that works using a magnetic pogo connection. The new charging port, located at the rear of the helmet, is securely sealed to offer better protection from the elements while riding. Talk time is 10 hours when using Mesh Intercom ™ and up to 18 hours when using Bluetooth intercom. Impulse has a built-in wifi circuit for automatic firmware updates while charging.

• The new Sena Motorcycles App offers users a way to visually configure Impulse helmet settings. Download the application to customize Impulse configuration and functions, for example you can manage channel settings for Open Mesh, set up a private group for Group Mesh or control the LED taillight via the Sena Motorcycles App. Go to the App Store or Google Play store to download the Sena Motorcycles App.
