The construction system CFS (Comfort Fit System) has always been one of the strong points of touring products, developed thanks to the know-how acquired over the years by TCX. This particular technique, almost entirely manual, involves the assembly of the boot on a "form" that faithfully reproduces the anatomy of the foot, making the product a high degree of comfort ideal for extended use and in all different situations.
GoreTex membrane
This high-quality fabric has important features such as: prolonged water impermeability, high breathability, excellent resistance to cold temperatures and high wear resistance. The particular micro-porous structure of GORE-TEX expanded PTFE contains about 1.4 billion microscopic pores per square centimeter. These pores are about 20.000 times smaller than a drop of water, but 700 times larger than a water vapor molecule. Thus, while the water in liquid form can not penetrate within the grounds GORE-TEX membrane, sweat, or water vapor, can easily evaporate. The result is a totally waterproof barrier that allows the use of the boot in all weather conditions while ensuring maximum comfort and optimum transpiration.

It is a natural material with great features for comfort and weather protection, sturdy and durable.The material is obtained from bovine hides finest, with a tanning combining craftsmanship and advanced technology, and a water-repellent treatment. The uppers TCX Touring grain leather are therefore concentrated optimal performance in terms of comfort, protection and durability.
