TECHNOLOGY:

• DFC Double Flex Control System : The new Double Flex Control system is equipped with a polyurethane joint located in the ankle area to provide optimal flexibility of the back and forth joints. The system is anchored to the boot of the boot by means of two hidden screws located at the malleol. This special construction enhances the flexibility of the front up to 18 degrees and, thanks to the presence of two flaps sliding into the pockets, controls the posterior flexibility of the leg which does not exceed 15 degrees, thus avoiding possible trauma of the joint caused by the 'extension beyond the natural limits of the same.
• Closing Band: The structure of the Double Flex Control system incorporates a closure band that works in synergy with the system. This band follows the natural flexion of the ankle joint and allows it to be firmly held, resulting in increased driving performance
• Upper Structure: The lining is characterized by the presence of a polyurethane outer structure and a soft inner upper designed to provide perfect winding of the leg and consequently excellent comfort.
  Internal upper construction details:
  1 Soft microfibre that allows for greater winding of the calf;
  2 Double Velcro closure;
  3 Elastic upper collar to prevent mud, dust and debris from entering;
• Rubber Protection: The PU leg is equipped with a heat-resistant rubber cover, which also offers an optimal grip on the bike frame.
• Calf Adjustment System: The tibia protection is made of polyurethane and has a regulation system designed to fit perfectly to the different calf dimensions and the insertion of knee protectors.This adjustment is based on a system of screws that slide into hidden holes, each having two different positions to choose from depending on the amplitude range you want to obtain.
• New Aluminum Levers: The new levers have an ergonomic design that facilitates the opening, even when wearing gloves. The particular structure guarantees micro-adjustment and optimum centering of each single lever and is completely interchangeable.
  Closure lever composition:
  1 Adjustable micro adjustable toothbrush with an aluminum tie;
  2 Aluminum and Nylon 66 lever to facilitate sliding of the tie rod and allow easy closing of the lever even in the presence of dust and mud
