The Hyde XT Drystar®XF Jacket is designed for the heavy off-road and/or dual sport side of the adventure touring category. Featuring an extremely lightweight, four-way stretch main construction with a single-layer waterproof outer shell, the Hyde XT Drystar®XF Jacket is reinforced with ripstop nylon on the outer arms and shoulders for high levels of durability. As the name suggests, the Hyde XT has a waterproof and highly breathable Drystar®XF (XF for extra flow) laminate membrane for excellent wet weather performance. The breathable and waterproof Drystar®XF laminate membrane is of fundamental importance for motorcyclists who ride in the wet because it makes the jacket super compact and keeps it very light.The advantage of Drystar® wind, all while allowing the fabric to breathe. Hyde XT is climate adaptable, with its long direct ventilation ports on each side at the front and back, zippered vents on the forearms and the Super-airflow panel on the front zipper opening providing plenty of ventilation and breathability when the weather gets hot. Internally, the Hyde XT has a detachable zippered mesh armored inner jacket with CE level 1 Nucleon Flex Plus armor.

Because Hyde XT has a more intense focus and potential for off-road riding, the internal mesh jacket is designed to keep the armor close to the rider's body for maximum comfort and protection, eliminating any movement restrictions related to the interaction between outer shell and armor when upgrading an off-road bike. The internal armored mesh jacket is also fully upgradeable to Nucleon Flex Pro Level 2 armor and is Tech-Air® Ready to accommodate Tech-Air® 5 or, in the future, the Tech-Air® OFF-ROAD System (when the product becomes available) for maximum rider protection. Extremely versatile, the Hyde XT Drystar®XF also features a removable armored mesh inner jacket, allowing the Hyde XT to function as a casual layer when off the bike, or even as the perfect daily commuter jacket.
