We are talking about the new integral Sintek by Bieffe, a helmet made of composite fibers with a double shell and with a form designed specifically to get a 'good aerodynamics.
The verniciaturaesterna is multi-layered and there is an additional protective layer to protect the outer shell and make it more resistant to scratches and UV rays
The inner shells, to ensure a gradual absorption in case of shock, were produced with different densities.
Special care for the air vents and ventilation in general: the "vents" on the chin are integrated into the helmet to minimize the noise and are made with an internal closure easy to handle even with gloves.
Those positioned on the forehead are "tunnel", the rear deflectors, finally, are venturi and allow the elimination of hot air inside the helmet.
The visor is in Lexan 2.2 mm, is scratch-resistant and anti UV, the interior is made of microfiber hypoallergenic with the chin strap with double ring.
