Smart Jacket LS is a ventilated motorcycle jacket that combines the versatility of a light and ventilated garment with the intelligence and maximum protection of the Dainese D-air® airbag system. Smart Jacket LS does not require connections to the motorcycle, it can be used as a normal ventilated jacket, without the need for other matching garments, and does not require a subscription. The Dainese D-air® system used in MotoGP ™ and developed in over 25 years of research, monitors what is happening around the rider 1.000 times per second thanks to its sensors and, without the need for cables or connections, autonomously detects a dangerous situation and immediately activates the Shield, an engineered microfilament bag, which offers the highest level of protection on the chest and back. The system activates and protects in the event of a slip, unsaddling, impact with an obstacle or another vehicle and rear-end collision, even when stationary. The Dainese D-air® system of the Smart Jacket LS offers, on covered areas, the protection equivalent to 7 level 1 rigid back protectors, without the need to use a rigid back protector. Smart Jacket LS integrates removable Pro-Armor Lev protectors. 2 Type B, on elbows and shoulders.
