In line with the philosophy that guides all Arai products, the top priority has always been protection, achieved through extremely strong and smooth outer shells, capable of absorbing and deflecting energy optimally according to rigorous criteria developed in-house.

One of the elements that distinguishes this helmet is the attention to detail. The shell is made of PB-CLC2, an innovative material obtained from the combination of special resins (called Z-compound) and structural reinforcements that lower the center of gravity for improved stability and comfort. For those who practice motocross or enduro, ventilation is a fundamental aspect: for this reason the helmet is equipped with front and rear air vents that guarantee constant recirculation of fresh air inside, while the peak is designed to optimize aerodynamics, reducing resistance and channeling air towards the ventilation openings.

Comfort has not been neglected either: the interior of the MX-V EVO is completely removable, washable and customizable in different thicknesses, to adapt perfectly to different facial shapes. Materials

• Shell made of PB-CLC2 (Complex Laminate Construction) material, which contains a composite fiber sandwiched between two layers of Super Fiber Laminate. Z-Mixture resin is used to bond them, increasing the material's adhesion and creating a compact shell that offers high impact resistance and increases the helmet's rigidity without compromising its weight.
• Inner shell with thinner EPS liner that allows for a better vertical field of vision.

Visor

• The perforated visor forces air into the front vents, while utilizing multiple exhaust ports to reduce lift at high speeds.

Ventilation system

• Ventilation system consisting of air intakes in the upper area of the shell and under the visor which convey cold air inside the helmet and evacuate it through the rear extractors.
• Ventilation in the chin area with internal shutter that can be opened or closed from the inside to prevent the entry of dust and external elements in complex situations.
• Lower side openings for increased air circulation.

Internal padding

• Internal padding with Dry-Cool® lining that uses water microcells to improve moisture management and heat transfer, quickly drying sweat and evacuating heat through vents. Fully removable and washable.
• The cheek pads and shell feature a 5mm drop-down layer to create more space inside the helmet, if needed, for a perfect fit.
• Internal padding with pockets for speaker placement (speakers not included).

Protection systems

• The Facial Contour System (FCS) provides a better fit and increases lower jaw comfort thanks to a foam spring placed in the cheek pad that compresses and rebounds.
• Emergency Release System (ERS) that allows for safe removal of the helmet in the event of an accident.
