HJC Recommendations:
HJC does not recommend cleaning VISOR with chemical spray cleaners. There may be a reaction between the VISOR and a cleaning chemical, resulting in haze and distortion. HJC recommends washing VISOR only with warm water and a soft cloth. It is also recommended to clean VISOR as soon as possible after the accumulation of dirt and debris. Do not allow debris to settle on VISOR for an extended period of time. If debris has accumulated over time, it is recommended to clean VISOR in several applications.This way the debris breaks down with each application. Excessive rubbing can lead to scratches, as hard debris can act as a scratching agent. The same can happen if you use low-quality stiff paper towels.
