Compact internal protector CE certified, fits men's jackets and some two-piece suits. Back Warrior Z54 is a personal protective equipment based on the requirements of the CE Directive En 1621-2:2014. Certified for heights from 157cm to 193cm. According to current legislation, this protector covers all the expected body areas, and is therefore suitable for use within the sizes indicated above. The protector has a multi-layer sandwich composition: The first layer has the function of distributing the impact, the second and third layers, in variable density PE, progressively absorb the collision energy. The thermoforming process with which the visible cubes on the internal and external parts of the protector are obtained allows for a 20% increase in impact resistance compared to a simple flat surface. The protector is also characterised by high resistance to abrasion. To enhance comfort, an innovative channeling system, located in the internal area of the protector, promotes air circulation, ensuring excellent thermal comfort conditions. Finally, the transverse tapers ensure great freedom of movement when riding a motorbike.
