How to choose the size:
Get a tape measure, or if you don't have one, a piece of string or even a USB cable to use to measure your head size.
Measure your head between the midpoint behind your left ear and the midpoint behind your right ear.This way you follow the direction of the band.
Place one end of the tape measure behind the midpoint of your left ear and hold it there. Pull the other end around your neck until it rests behind your right ear.
Hold the tape measure or cord so you can see the measurement when you lift it from your head. If you're using wire, straighten it and measure it with a ruler.
