The three-size shell and four-size EPS construction allows for a precise fit across all sizes, ensuring a snug and stable fit in all riding conditions. Designed according to the latest safety standards and compliant with ECE 22 regulation.06, the K5 features a collarbone-saving profile, designed to reduce the risk of injury to the collarbone, one of the areas most exposed in the event of an impact. The compact visor mechanism also optimizes the amount of EPS in the temple area, further improving the level of protection and helping to reduce overall bulk. The aerodynamic design, developed to ensure stability even at high speeds, features a rear spoiler that optimizes airflow and reduces neck fatigue while riding. The ventilation system, developed through CFD simulations, ensures a constant and effective flow of air: the front air intakes and the rear extractor work synergistically to promote heat dissipation and maintain an optimal internal temperature. The air intake design also ensures excellent water resistance, for constant comfort even in variable weather conditions. The GT8 visor, equipped with a tool-free quick release system, offers maximum reliability thanks to the Microlock system, which guarantees stability and a secure closure even at high speeds. Ultravision technology ensures a 190° panoramic field of vision for a complete perception of the road. The included anti-fog Pinlock® 70 MaxVision™ lens, combined with the front ventilation, ensures optimal visibility in all conditions, while the integrated two-level adjustable sun visor improves visual comfort in different light conditions. The premium interior, made of Ritmo and Shalimar fabrics with synthetic leather inserts in the neck area, offers superior comfort, stability, and durability. The materials work synergistically to ensure softness in the most sensitive areas and greater grip in strategic zones, improving feel and stability even at high speeds. The wraparound fit helps reduce noise, while the breathable, quick-drying materials ensure thermal comfort and a constant feeling of dryness even during the most intense days. Interchangeable cheek pads on all sizes, the Eyewear Ready feature, and the Emergency Release System, which allows for rapid removal of cheek pads in an emergency, further enhance practicality and safety.
