Construction

• Constructed from supple 1.3mm ‘Race-spec’ bovine leather, with double layers in key areas for optimized flexibility and abrasion resistance.
• Alpinestars 'Race-spec' Supertech R10 aerodynamic hump, designed and engineered to work in conjunction with the Alpinestars S-R10 helmet for optimum aerodynamics and racing performance.
• The bicep area features a special layered design to improve aerodynamic performance and comfort.
• Ergonomic Hyper Resistant Stretch Fabric (HRSF) inserts at the crotch, back of the legs, and inside of the arms. HRSF is an advanced stretch fabric with high abrasion and tear resistance.
• Pre-curved arms, legs and body, with extended multi-directional leather accordions on the shoulder blades, lower back and knees for an improved 'Race Fit'.
• The suit features an internal brace system to keep the upper part of the suit in place 'off the bike' for comfort while waiting in the paddock between track sessions.
• Multi-directional leather accordions extend across the shoulder blades, lower back and knees.
• Seamless cuff and collar construction with synthetic suede for superior rider comfort.

• The Nucleon PLASMA Pro Knee Protector features an extended design that covers both the knee and shin and has been developed using cutting-edge body mapping technology to achieve the optimum ratio of protective coverage to flexibility and is specifically anatomically designed for compatibility with this suit.
• The PLASMA armor is available in three different sizes for a precise fit.
