Arai RX-7V Evo Schwantz 30Th Anniversary Limited Integral Motorcycle Helmet

Arai presents the new top-of-the-range RX-7V Evo full-face sport helmet.
Handcrafted in Japan by a family-owned company run by three generations of passionate motorcyclists, it embodies the pinnacle of Arai know-how in protection, ventilation, comfort and fit.
The previous model already represented the pinnacle of Arai's current knowledge and technology. But then, where has the new "Evo" improved even further?
First of all, in the homologation, now ECE R22-06, (which requires a more stringent testing process than the previous ECE R22-05 homologation and includes more impact points, as well as an oblique test to measure the rotation of the helmet), ventilation is even more advanced thanks to improvements to the internal channels, the ergonomics of the cheek pads has improved in the event of an impact. Precisely for this last reason, Arai produces outer shells that are as rounded, smooth, and resistant as possible to improve the helmet's ability to slide and deflect energy. This, along with the single-piece, multi-density inner shell, represents a unique feature and the heart of Arai's philosophy.
We then find all the features that have made the RX-7V a successful helmet, such as the VAS system for closing the visor (Variable Axis System: the visor does not pivot on a fixed point, but follows a fixed path to move), the locking system derived from the one used in Formula 1, the completely removable interior made of antibacterial and hypoallergenic material and the double ring closure.

Material

• Outer shell made of PB SNC2, a combination of Super Fibre and special synthetic fibres that offer great resistance and flexibility, assembled with an innovative resin that reduces weight without compromising protection.
• 5-density internal EPS for optimal shock absorption.

Visor

• VAS Max Vision visor that makes assembly and disassembly easy, with a locking mechanism that prevents accidental opening.
• Includes Pinlock® MaxVision™ anti-fog film for clear, sharp vision in any weather condition.

Ventilation system

• Front mechanism adjustable in 3 positions (open, half-open and closed) which improves the seal and reduces internal noise.
• Central top air intake with 11% more ventilation than the previous model, with a larger opening mechanism for easier use.
• Efficient upper diffusers work together with the Air Wing rear wing to improve aerodynamic stability.
• Internal channels ensure a cool environment inside the helmet and side and rear vents to evacuate hot air.
• Chin guard that prevents the entry of turbulence and openings in the visor to directly ventilate the motorcyclist's forehead.

Comfort

• Fully removable and washable internal padding, made of Eco Pure fabric with antibacterial properties for an optimal touch.
• FCS system that provides a perfect fit and support for the jaw and face, improving comfort while riding.
• Interior with "Peel Away" system that allows for personalized adjustment and specific space to install intercom speakers.
• Emergency Extraction System (ERS) in the side padding to facilitate safe removal of the helmet in the event of an accident.
