It is a fundamental component of an exhaust system and thanks to them you can obtain significant gains in power and torque.
They are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and, in the Competition versions, are also available in titanium alloy.
Arrow header kits are the result of painstaking work by our R&D department, drawing on the experience and results gained on tracks around the world. This fundamental ingredient is then enhanced by the touch of our master prototype makers: diameters, bends, passages, section variations, components, welds, and layout are carefully verified to obtain a high-performance, reliable product with the unmistakable Arrow style.
Depending on the engine and its ignition pattern, the best possible configuration is chosen for the grouping of the manifolds themselves up to the terminal. We therefore speak of 4:2:1, 4:2:2, 2:1:2, 4:2:1:2, 3:1:1 schemes and so on; it is one of the most important guidelines to follow when starting to design and build a manifold system. To ensure the smoothest possible gas flow, the joints between the various components of the manifold kits are made with parts machined from solid pieces using numerically controlled machines. For the same reason, the welds, in addition to being aesthetically perfect, must be minimally "invasive" and must not reduce the exhaust gas flow cross-section.
