SW-MOTECH has designed this brake pedal extension made of milled aluminum specifically for the original brake lever of the BMW R 1300 GS.

SW-MOTECH manufactures the extensions from milled, high-strength aluminum alloy with a black anodized surface and a stainless steel base plate. For optimal ergonomic fit, the footrest base can be adjusted in two stages, 22 or 27 millimeters.

The brake pedal extension is perfect for off-road driving: it completes the original base of the brake pedal, ensuring a safe and well-calibrated support on the brake. The extension allows both an enlargement and a lifting of the support surface. The brake pedal extension therefore offers greater safety and better control of the rear wheel brake.

When riding off-road, you often switch from a sitting to a standing position. In the latter case, the knee angle changes and the foot may exert less pressure on the pedal. By raising the support surface, the foot flexes more and can comfortably reach and control the brake lever even in a standing position. The lift can be adjusted to two different levels.

In addition to the lift, the brake pedal extension has a larger contact surface. It has a serrated surface, thus providing better grip if the lever surface is dirty or wet.
