Helmet shell:

• Directly processed fiberglass (SCHUBERTH Direct Fiber Processing) combined with a special resin is compressed in a vacuum under high pressure to form an exceptionally robust yet remarkably lightweight helmet shell.
• DFP fiberglass shell reinforced with carbon fiber for improved shock absorption resistance and lightness.

Inner Shell:

• New EPS material for better shock absorption and larger head cavity, with two densities for the main body and sides
• New seamless SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL lining concept to allow for customization of the fit
