This legacy continues with the Sand 5 H2O Ladies trousers. A design for the future The Sand 5 H2O Ladies trousers have a slightly more speed-oriented character than the more casual Sand 4. Adventure bikes are becoming increasingly sporty and dynamic, and the Sand 5 H2O Ladies trousers reflect this shift in the industry. Thanks to this new design, we were able to include concealed ventilation panels on both front thighs, adjustable calf straps and small, practical – but really small – mesh pockets despite the majority of the thigh being covered by the ventilation mesh panels. The materials used are of the highest quality, ensuring that the Sand 5 H2O trousers can handle any adventure. The Over and Under Concept We’ve taken our know-how on the over and under waterproof liner concept and applied it to our Sand 5 H2O Ladies trousers. The detachable liner can be worn over or under the CE-certified protective layer, depending on personal preference, to keep the rain out and keep you dry. The waterproof liner, made from resilient hydratex 3L material, features reinforcements on the seat and inside of the knees for long-lasting durability. Additionally, due to the over-under construction, the waist of the main trousers – the protective layer – features a belt buckle and a strategically placed stretch insert in the centre front of the trousers, to improve comfort when seated. The RWL removable waterproof layer features a snap with two-position adjustment. For added warmth and comfort on cold, rainy days, a detachable thermal liner is also included.
