HJC Recommendations:

HJC does not recommend cleaning VISOR with chemical spray cleaners. A reaction may occur between the VISOR and a cleaning chemical, resulting in haze and distortion. HJC recommends washing VISOR only with warm water and a soft cloth. It is also recommended that you clean VISOR as soon as possible after dirt and debris build up. Do not allow debris to settle on VISOR for an extended period of time. If debris has accumulated over time, it is recommended to clean VISOR in several applications.This way the debris breaks down with each application. Excessive rubbing can lead to scratches, as hard debris can act as a scratching agent. The same can happen if you use low-quality stiff paper towels.
