TECHNOLOGIES:

• DFC Double Flex Control System : The new Double Flex Control system is equipped with a polyurethane joint positioned in the ankle area to offer optimal flexibility of the forward / backward joint. The system is anchored to the cuff of the boot by means of two hidden screws positioned at the malleolus. This special construction promotes front flexibility up to 18 degrees and, thanks to the presence of two flaps that slide inside special pockets, controls the rear flexibility of the leg which does not exceed 15 degrees, thus avoiding possible trauma to the joint caused by extension beyond its natural limits.
• Closing Band: The structure of the Double Flex Control system integrates a closure band that works in synergy with the system. This band follows the natural flexion of the ankle joint and allows a precise hold with a consequent increase in driving performance
• Leg Structure: The leg is characterized by the presence of an external structure in polyurethane and a soft internal upper designed to offer the perfect wrapping of the leg and a consequent excellent level of comfort.
  Inner Upper Construction Details:
  1 Soft microfiber that allows a greater envelopment of the calf;
  2 Double Velcro® closure;
  3 Elastic upper collar to prevent the entry of mud, dust and debris;
• Rubber protection: The PU upper is equipped with a rubber heat protection, which also offers optimal grip on the bike frame.
• Calf Adjustment System: The shin protection is made of polyurethane and has an adjustment system designed to adapt perfectly to the different sizes of the calf and to the insertion of knee braces / protectors.This adjustment is based on a system of screws that slide inside hidden holes, each with two different positions to be chosen according to the desired amplitude range.
• New Aluminum Levers: The new levers feature an ergonomic design that makes opening easier, even when wearing gloves. The particular structure guarantees micro adjustment and optimal centering of each single lever and is completely interchangeable.
  Composition of the closing lever:
  1 toothed band, micro adjustable equipped with an aluminum tie rod;
  2 Aluminum and Nylon 66 lever to facilitate the sliding of the tie rod and allow easy closing of the lever even in the presence of dust and mud
