It is the new full-face road helmet at the top of its category, heir to the highly appreciated N87. The aggressive and modern design enhances every detail, from the shell to the air intakes. Thanks to its rich technical features and standard equipment, it is the ideal helmet for use on any route, from long stretches to more demanding trips, regardless of the motorbike used and the destination to be reached.

- Shell: made of Lexan polycarbonate, this resin is also distinguished by its thermal resistance. It also resists exposure to UV rays.

L' ho acquistato poiché è uno dei pochi caschi di fascia media omologati ECE 22.06 che sono riuscito ad indossare (sia pure in taglia L, vale a dire una in più rispetto alla M che ho sempre utilizzato in precedenza), e anche il primo casco Nolan per il sottoscritto. Non si caratterizza per una silenziosità assoluta, anzi: è piuttosto rumoroso. Ma questo è anche l'unico difetto che mi sento di attribuirgli. Poiché la calzata è piacevole; la chiusura micrometrica efficace e ben realizzata in metallo; e le visiere otticamente impeccabili (viene venduto con Pinlock preinstallata) e ben gestibili con una sola mano. Buona anche la ventilazione. Peso nella norma, ed assai ben distribuito. Complessivamente, un buon compromesso tra prezzo e caratteristiche essenziali. Non certo al livello di uno Shoei o di un Schuberth, ma tutto considerato - e visto il prezzo inferiore rispetto ai marchi top di gamma di oltre il 50% - una validissima alternativa anche per chi percorre chilometraggi importanti come il sottoscritto (>10k km annui). Da valutare la durabilità nel tempo; ma posso dire a titolo personale che questo genere di caschi cede in genere dopo circa tre stagioni complete (estate + qualche giretto invernale), causa estrema sudorazione cervicale del sottoscritto... Tutto sommato, considerando l'investimento, non ci sarebbe neanche male...
