Quad Lock QLP-360-FAB 360 Black Flexible Adhesive Base

The Quad Lock 360™ Flexible Adhesive Base is designed for custom mounting on flat or curved surfaces, offering a versatile mounting solution for cars, RVs, boats, and other low-vibration applications. Made of durable nylon, it uses a high-strength 3M™ VHB adhesive and features four flexible tabs that can be bent to accommodate both concave and convex surface contours. Compatible with Quad Lock 360™ arms and mounting heads, allowing you to configure device placement to suit your needs. The included 10 mm spacer and mounting screws allow connection to various components of the Quad Lock 360™ modular system.

Surfaces Not Recommended

• Rubber and elastomeric materials TPU and TPE.

• Leather and silicone.

• Surfaces with soft-touch coatings or paints.

• Low surface energy plastics, including polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and acetal.

• Unsealed wood.

• Rough, porous or textured surfaces.

Installation and Warnings

• Suitable for the interior of cars, 4x4 vehicles, campers, boats and other low vibration applications.

• Not recommended for motorcycles, scooters, ATVs and applications subject to high vibration or continuous exposure to atmospheric agents.

• The application surface must be thoroughly cleaned and dried before assembly.

• Use an alcohol-based cleaner to prepare the surface before application.

• Single-use 3M™ VHB Adhesive: The base should not be reused after removal, as the adhesive bond may be compromised.

• When installing in vehicles, choose a location that does not interfere with safety devices, including airbags.

• Connection to Quad Lock 360™ components using the supplied spacer and screws.
