Can I modify my order? (Change size, add products, or change address)
If you have noticed an error, speed is essential:
- If the order has NOT yet been shipped: contact us immediately by email at customerservice@outletmoto.eu or by phone at +39 055 0936073. We can change the shipping address, replace an item, or change its size. If the change involves a price difference, we will adjust the amount (refunding you the excess or explaining how to pay the difference).
- If the order has already been shipped: it is no longer possible to make changes to the contents or destination. You will need to wait for the package to be delivered and then follow the guided Size Exchange / Return procedure directly from your profile.
