Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but it depends on the status of your shipment.

1. If the order has NOT yet been shipped

You can request its full cancellation directly from your personal area:

  • Log in to the User Area of your profile on our website.
  • Go to the section dedicated to your orders.
  • Select the order you wish to manage by opening its details.
  • Confirm the order cancellation request by clicking the dedicated button.
  • Optional note: if you wish, you can add the reason for the cancellation in the notes.

Check your email inbox

  • Immediately after submitting it, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the request with the details of the request being processed.
  • Our Customer Service will block the order and, if you have already made the payment, we will refund you the full amount using the same method used at the time of purchase.

2. If the order has been shipped

At this stage the logistics systems are automated and we can no longer stop the package from leaving. To cancel it, you will need to refuse the delivery when the courier arrives, specifying as the reason "order cancelled". As soon as the package returns to our warehouses, we will issue the full refund.
