How can i make the size / product change or return?

You have 14 days from receipt of the package to request a return or a size exchange. The procedure is started directly from your account and is valid for both the entire order and part of it.

1. Submit the request online

• Log in to the User Area of your profile on our website.
• Go to the section dedicated to your orders.
• Select the order you wish to manage by opening its details.
• Choose the product (or products) you want to return and submit the request.
• Optional note: if you wish, you can add the reason for the return in the notes.

2. Check your email

• Immediately after submitting it, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the request.
• Inside this email you will find all the instructions and available options to prepare and send us the package.

The new shipment is free! If you have made a size or product exchange, the new shipment to send you the correct item is on us.
